At Tropikal Bliss, we want you to love your glow-up ✨ If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

Due to hygiene and cosmetic safety reasons, we do not accept returns.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos 📸 We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
• Opened or used products
• Items returned without approval
• Products damaged due to misuse

🌍 International Orders

For international shipments, customs fees and duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.
