1 to 2 times a week as a regular treatment. For very dry or damaged hair, you can use it with every wash until your fiber's moisture balance improves.
Is it compatible with colored or bleached hair?
Yes. The formula is designed to respect the fiber, colored or not, and helps limit the extra dryness that bleaching often causes.
Does it replace my conditioner?
It can, on days when your hair needs a more intensive treatment, or you can layer it after your usual conditioner. Adjust it to what your hair needs that day.
How long until I see a difference?
Slip and softness are noticeable from the very first rinse. For a lasting effect on moisture retention, expect 2 to 3 weeks of regular use.
Do I need a heating cap for it to work?
